1. Personal Information to be collected, used, disclosed for the Services.

The information which enables to identify you personally, either directly or indirectly, is the personal information (“Personal Information”) and we may collect, use, disclose the Personal Information as the followings:

• Personal Information that we obtain from our online service sites including smart device ID, geographical information of your computer or smart device (“Online Service Sites”), applications, forms, or any other documents when register or fill out to purchase or request for our products/services that may include name, surname, birthday, gender, nationality, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, personal identification card number, passport number, other identification number, financial account information, credit card numbers and other payment information, user name, password, purchased date and time, purchased amount, purchased place, accumulating and redeeming rewards, comments and feedbacks, access and use of our Services.
• Personal Information that we obtain from your visit to our Online Service Sites, physical offices and restaurants.
• Personal Information that we obtained from our surveillance cameras installed in the physical offices and restaurants and the surrounding areas of those.
• Personal Information that we obtain from correspondences and records including voice records and messages from our all communication channels.
• Personal Information that we obtain from data communications such as your IP address, domain name, internet service provider, operating system, browser type, the date, time, duration of access, including cookies.

The provision of your Personal Information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not provide sufficient information to us, we may not be able to provide sufficient services to you.

We may collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information insofar as it is necessary and to the extent permitted or required as the followings:

3. Sharing the Personal Information for the Services

We will ensure that your Personal Information is shared in compliance with this privacy policy and the laws. We may share your Personal Information in the followings:

• We may share your Personal Information with Sushiro Group.
• We may share your Personal Information with service providers who support our business such as advertisers, credit card processors, payment service providers, mailing houses, website hosts, technical consultants, experts, lawyers, auditors, to perform relevant activities under our instructions on our behalf including marketing, selling, claiming and surveying for our products/services.
• We may share your Personal Information with the relevant third party in accordance with the requirements of the laws.

We may transfer your Personal Information to Sushiro Group as well as the service providers in the countries outside Thailand with adequate protection for your Personal Information to conduct our business operations.

5. Period of retaining the Personal Information for the Services

We will retain your Personal Information for the period during the terms of your participation in our Services and at least 5 years from the last date of you access to our Services. However, as we deem it necessary and appropriate, we will delete your Personal Information from our systems and records and/or properly anonymize it to make it unidentifiable personally prior to the expiry of such period. Nevertheless, we may continue to retain your Personal Information even after such period for the extent necessary in order for us to fulfill the purposes such as enforcement of our legal or contractual rights.
